So it's been 30 days. 5 good things since the challenge...
1. Rachael came to town.
2. I had an ah-ha moment that changed my whole way of thinking.
3. I bought a bike.
4. I quit my job!!!
5. I got a new job that gives me free food, gym, doctors and peace of mind.
