Most people think that working out is good for them. I have a slightly different thought on the matter. When people start to exercise they start to shrivel away. They get smaller and smaller until there is nothing left!!! Don't get me wrong I like to be healthy but I'm scared that I'll disappear! I don't want to fade away into nothing.
So here's the plan. I'll exercise regularly but I'm doing to drink milkshakes rather than water! That way I'm working out with out fading out! It's perfect right!?
